MARCH MADNESS! Who would have thought ten years ago that this is the kind of thing I would be into in March? (Sports, that is.) Then again, ten years ago I was 16. But, whatever.
Sad to see the basketball team lose today, but what a WAY to end the season (if you have BTN and got to see it last night, that is). Incredible! It’s like so weird, it was the first story on SportsCenter AND front page on ESPN.com. Super HOTT. I facebooked the guy who made the shot, hahahahha I am so pathetic.
Then the Gophs won their hockey game which means they stay alive for tomorrow, kickass, AND tomorrow is selection Sunday. Obviously no Gophers for that, but it’s still pretty sweet. Next year folks, next year!
So. An update. What is new. I think I’ve covered on that, and my life is mostly nonexciting, however let’s see. We hired a few more people at work, so far so good. Actually it’s really cool, except the new girl’s name is Anna and the because Anna Martens is so MIA, the only other Anna I know is my tiny niece, so for some reason it is weird to me. OK whatever that made no sense. But yeah. Work is good. I have such a sweet gig. Jeff always reminds me, and he is right, to just relax and NEVER FORGET THAT. !!!
Jeff started his job last week and it seems to be pretty swell. I am so happy for him needless to say. It is also nice to have my carpool buddy back :).
So I hate that I KNOW winter is NOT over and that it’ll still snow, etc., but it’s pretty great that it’s not deathly cold AND that there’s all this random sports excitement. OH YEAH and Easter is Early guys. Don’t forget. This is what else I do with my life right now: update my facebook profile way too much, play Scrabulous, do freelance (slowly but surely), be an OCD planner (seriously it is unhealthy, I thought I would suck at it but I don’t), eat candy, troll Craigslist, HANG OUT which is my favorite thing ever, with my favorite person ever, Jeffrey. Yaaaay. And read James Patterson books. Hey man, I love it.
My knee is being all weird and I hate it. HATE IT! I have to find a good sports med doc up here. GOOD ONE. Speaking of which, hello friends! Things I need you to recommend if you will!
1. Good sports med doc (NOT a psycho)
2. Hairstylist person that is not $$$$$ (in MSP)
The hairstylist is because I am starting to wonder how good of a method bopping around to different Great Clips really is. But everyone is expensive, and, I’m sorry but all I do with my hair is cut it. So, someone that doesn’t want to do crazy shit to my hair. THANKS.
Today I was lucky enough to go to the Nickelodeon Universe ‘grand opening’ at the Mall of America. We did some work for them so I met up with Mark and his wife and friends to cruise around as VIPs (”what is the vip for?” –JJ). Pretty cool, actually! It was really neat to go on the rides, and the place looks g-rate for sure. I remember back when we were 10 or whatever coming up to Minneapolis just to visit the MOA/my dad had a meeting or something. I can’t believe we were up here just for that, ha, but it was pretty awesome. Little did I know this would become my home. (My parents are so thrilled

Ummmmm that’s about it. SORRY that’s how I roll. Diana’s in INDIA which is insane. I am online but she is not, but maybe I f’ed up my IM. Whatevs. Hope you all are well and have good Easters or whatever it is. SPRING SOLSTICE, I suppose! Time to read some more Alex Cross. Love. It. !
