In The Great Hall at Midnight

time 6:20 pm feeling happy reading The Rascals from Haskell's Gym wearing Crystal shirt, black pants music CHICAGO CD! ready for tomorrow! next 'get some work done', or something. Diana and Melissa K. Hall would appreciate that!

I think I meant to say 'In The Hall of the Mountain King', or whatever that song is, for my title. But we'll let that lie.

Anyway here I am in McNeal, 'getting some work done' but really just chatting with Nikki and Andy. It's actually quite nice because (a) I don't get to see those two anymore and (b) I feel a bit like my cousin Michael, in actually having a night off of something (this due to the wreckage that has become my car for the time being; no way to get to work and see the kiddies! alas) and then using it to play around. Michael seems to enjoy this sort of thing and I'm finding that it's a good time.

Getting back to the point. It is really creepy being here at night. I know, I know, all my other silly classmates take these things called 'night classes' and they are here at the night, but hey, that's not my style man. It creeps me out to be in school at the night. I really should just be hanging out with my little level 4s, they have a pizza party tonight, and plus I'm going to be gone Thursday and then next week (well, assuming I get a ride home!), so...sad. I miss them.

Enough whining about that. Time to complain about something else! Today was Test of Death, in my Competitive Sport for Children and Youth class. I swear, had I not just been in a car accident Monday night I would think I had been in another one this afternoon during the test! OK not really, I'm just being dramatica (is that a word Diana?)(Gymnastics Club is also learning German - Mary's teaching us some cool stuff. Est mat mer spahst!) for the sake of drama. But it was definitely a burner. Thank heavens it is over. I probably did alright.

Today in Color II was also similar to Critique Purgatory, except that it was in James' class and he is just so smart and so funny that I will take that sort of critique abuse from him. Because he's entertaining and such.

And one more test this week, and then break! YEAH. It is going to be a great time...

And then deal with the car thing when I return! OK thinking too far ahead as always...I had better get back to work but in case I don't update before break, have a great break and I will talk to you cats later.
