NEW GOALS!!!
New environmental goals:
- Bike to work at least 3/5 days/week.
- Ultimately, don't use a car at all at least 4/7 days/week. We'll see about that, though.
New physical goals:
- Flexibility Oversplits: R and L with back leg up and spine perpindicular with floor; pike grabbing across a panel mat (or equivalent); middle so I could potentially lay on my back and drop feet to floor (note: probably impossible).
- Aerobically Run 5 miles without it being such a big deal. It would be niceR to run 5 miles REGULARLY...but let's not be too ambitious, here.
- Strength Press handstand. From sitting. Still. Someday.
New eating goals:
- Well, it would be nice if I could consume less sugar, but I just don't see that happening anytime soon! So, nevermind.
I am pretty sure those are all the goals I've got for now. Pretty decent though. I should make some reading goals, like, stop reading crap and start reading seriously. So, I'll make a list:
Some good books I should read:
- Apparently, A People's History of the U.S.
- Anything else recommended by you all? Please, please, send me your suggestions! I would be in mucho appreciation.
Some other things that would be good:
- Update my Spanish skills
- Learn French so I know the two Olympic languages, or heck, maybe Somali so I know what those kids are saying on Mondays!
- Crochet a blanket for...someone.
Sounds good. Out[t]ie haha.
