time 11:49 am feeling invincible reading nothing wearing butterfly shirt, LEIs music whatever...among other things ready for pajama party! next CSCY, Color II, work, home, DONE and DONE and DONE!!!
Wow. Believe it. In just a few hours I will be DONE with the school year and on the road to seniordom. YEAH.
Anyway so I just kicked my test's ass and I'm hanging out at the Union again waiting for *sniff* my last lecture in CSCY (Competitive Sport for Children and Youth, okay, I could have just written it out). But yesterday was a cool day, I will tell you why.
Okay, actually, this whole week has been excellent. Tuesday night we went out for Susan's 21st; she did NOT get superdrunk and NEITHER DID I, who do you think I am?! I was unexpectedly the drunkest roommate on Saturday, I am done with that for awhile. Instead, Alyssa took my place as the drunkest roommate and when we got home she was so funny I seriously thought I was going to die laughing. Even right now it makes me laugh to think about her that night. I will miss my Asyss and Kristo (whose turn it is to be the drunkest roommate on Friday! hah) so much!!!
Yesterday was a fine day itself. So yesterday I had to show my projects in GD3 and GD2. Fun times!!! RIGHT. So the problem is that I had not shown my work to, oh, anyone in the past three or four weeks, which is definitely being a bad, bratty student. Oh well. Life goes on. Yet yesterday meant I had to SHARE these things! But it was just fine. OK sure, I was in extreme panic mode in Sue's class, but she is a sweetie and just laughed it off. Doesn't mean a good grade, but whatever, I don't deserve one anyway. STEVEN'S class was the most fun, this is where I shared my formal pajamas with everyone. HAH. That went over much better than expected, and it was definitely an amusing time for me. People had some very cool displays, if I know you I will tell you about them/show you some pictures. I am amongst very talented people here (hence why sometimes I go into panic mode).
Becky Yust was also quite taken with my formal pajamas (whoever she is!). That was amusing. I also ran into Brad later and I was all, 'where are your formal pajamas?' ("I've been trying to find you all day!" "GREAT.") That was another highlight to my day. He is a funny man.
So whatever, Sue's class was done early so I spent the next hour and a half laying out on the mall, still in my formal pajamas (yeah that's right, hah). That was one of the best times I've had in awhile, just doing what I wanted to do instead of what I should have done. So this was also a highlight to my day.
Then I headed out to gymnastics, played around a bit and then we went to Annie's for our 'banquet' and I gave out my awards. People were happy, that is good. I got the Dancing Queen award, for three reasons that include my love of performing and my crazy dancing when with the club! As well as our '80s love right now. YEAH. That was an awesome award.
So I was sitting in Annie's and who should walk in but my cousin Mike? That was pretty cool. His mom and sis have been trying to see me all week but I've been busy, and I just happened to run into him! "YOU DO THE MATH" (hah). He was so kind as to walk me to the bus and then just hang out with me for probably an hour or so. It was very nice to see him and chit chat about things; we are quite alike. Yet another highlight to my day.
The Wild or whatever won, so that made my roommates/friends/Diana/waiter guy happy, so this was also good. And then I stayed up and talked with Kristin and that ended my great day very nicely.
Well it doesn't sound as cool as it was but I definitely enjoyed my Wednesday regardless. Explanations don't do it justice! I am off to my clase now, and who knows when I'll pack up my computer, so to those of you finishing up the year, good luck! FORMAL PAJAMAS FRIDAY. Happy May.
