"I finished the class with a perspective of one of my buildings that I modified a bit.I had a big shoe stomping down on the building (my version of healing hospitality).Sideshow Bob was the doctor who had his golf clubs and was escaping out the back door in his TT.The class had a few yucks over it.Isn't design fun!"

The BS Of Being An Adult
time 5:49 pm feeling pretty good, satiated at least ready for rollerblading! next bike home

I'm sorry I haven't updated, or maybe I'm not, because maybe it's a sign of goodness, that I have a life or something! But I am kind of going out of my mind right now in this basement, so I had better post something.

I am incredibly irritated right now, and I can't name names so that sucks. Well no it's probably good but I just need to vent! And have some explanation. "They all make me so mad!" Hah. I know, everything works out in the end, bla bla bla, but I think I need to branch out.

And now you know what I mean. Let's just say I'm in the mood to do what I want to do when I want to do it. I've been damn courteous and nice and it's getting me nowhere. Now's the time to stick up for me. Or something. But basically, be an adult. Which winds up to me not whining here. So, dammit...

The Olympics finally came and are almost over, I was so FRICKIN' HAPPY though, oh yeah!! GO US! I was so proud of Terin last night. She just rocked the house. And pobrecita McCool, but I KNOW she'll be back. I heart her! I love gymnastics again because of her (isn't that weird, not my style, oh well). Thank goodness. And D hosted a fabulous AA party that I LOVED. I LOVE gymnastics fans!!

Ha. Just to see if you were reading...

In other news, I love my internship (of course), but they have no $ to hire me on full time (of course) although they said if they could, they would. But I've learned a lot and I'm looking forward (I hope) to getting a job wherein I earn more than below livable (a word?) minimum wage. Not that I'm complaining. Tunnel rules.

Jeff took me to see Some Kind of Monster, the Metallica documentary, this weekend. We went not once, but TWICE as it was so incredible. Seriously, I do not even like Metallica or whatever and I LOVED it. If you get a chance, go see it.

We also worked on our portfolios. Ah, the bitch of being a graphic designer in these times...

Someone broke into my car and took not only my favorite tank top and cell phone charger, but also my favorite UNDERWEAR!! I am so mad. Now I am carless (not careless) for a week. $^%@! Bastards. Oh well, you live and learn and ride your bike to work. And thanks for saying anything...

Oh yeah, I'm trying to be an adult here. Anyway...

I have a baby shower to go to this weekend! For Margaret. I am very excited. And I got rollerblades for $3 last week, hurrah, at a garage sale. So, now to try them.

And now, back to work...yeehaw!
